Audio issue in Yakuza Kiwami 2 PC, please help

The audio keeps dipping sporadically, it's very annoying. I verified the game files integrity and I've contacted Sega.
I do have the silent patch installed, can that be effecting it?
My specs: Processor: Intel Xeon with 8 dedicated threads Graphics: Nvidia GPU (equivalent to Nvidia GTX 1080) Memory: 12GB DDR4
(I'm using Shadow pc).
