This shit is a joke. The want me to pay MONEY to unlock an account that I KNOW the password and login to. But simply due to the recovery shit being outdated refuse to allow me in and access the email's and shit I need. Instead they are holding it hostage until I send them money, and I keep hearing horror stories about them taking more payments then they are supposed to so I REFUSE to pay that dumb shit! Esp seeing as everytime I asked the lady on the phone she couldn't even give me a 100% I would get back into my account. There has to be something we can do if we all band together (Im just ranting I kinda doubt it.. But it would be cool..) I'm so sick and tired of this trash company abusing people and holding accounts hostage until they get paid. I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and I BEG you all to do the same.
