account recovery lost

hi i wanna know if its possible to recover an email that i created back when i was a kid and stupidly linked it to an important account i have, the recovery options i added back then don't exist (fake number fake email ) i probably never logged back in since that day, the id does have my last name and the first letter of my first name, and i'm pretty sure my full name is in the account informations not sure if thats enough? also its not password protected it asks for a key.
