First of all I want to clarify that I understand that this is not a customer support, but I would like to know if any of you had the same problem and found a solution yet.

I have a couple of accounts on yahoo, which were linked to each other for recovery purposes. Some time ago, yahoo asked me to activate the two way authentication via its mail app, and I did. What I didn't was providing them my phone number.

A week ago my mobile phone broke and I had to send it to assistance, therefore I made sure to disconnect every account I had and to remove any data on it. I was sure that when I logged in the next time, I would have been prompted to answer my secret questions. When I tried to access, though, the system didn't, and of course I can't check any of the two emails for a verification code.

Moreover, needless to say Yahoo's help page is useless, on Twitter nobody is answering, Tumblr is outdated, they don't have a Facebook anymore, by the community no one in answering, and you can email the "customer care" only for problems not inherent to the account.

How do I recover access to my account?
