Hi all. My wife doesn't use Reddit, so I'm posting for her. This is what she wrote on FB.

Hi all!

I need a little advice please!!

I have lost 70lbs doing keto, which I'm very happy about but I have stopped losing weight for around 6 months.

I'm now in the gym 5 days a week 1 hrs cardio and 20-30 mins weights as per advice from A personal trainer.

Here's where I'm confused.

Weights first or cardio?

Also I was advised to eat carbs to fuel my workouts. Do I need to eat before working out and add a little carb? I know I need protein after but that's about it.

Any advice for a newbie at the gym
