Feeling like you can't see the changes and getting a little down? I recommend shopping in your closet!
Post Body

I know I've been losing weight and inches... the scale has been moving and my clothes are getting looser. But when I look in the mirror, I just can't see it and my brain feels like it's being lied to. So this morning, after seeing a few other people post about trying on "too small" clothes from their closet, I decided to give it a try. I found SO MUCH STUFF that fits... and fits better than when I could wear it before! It's given me such a confidence boost. I feel great today!

TL:DR-- finding old clothes in your closet that fit again can really make your day. Try it!! :)
