I started keto attempt number two three weeks ago. Age:28 Female height: 5'6" SW:256lbs, CW:247lbs I track net carbs, protien, and fats staying within 1700-1800 calories And doing the 5/20/75 percents to the best of my ability. Im drinking a gallon or more water a day, usually with a bit of mio flavoring in it. First few weeks I was losing consistently. But the past week I've been hanging out at the same number. (Inches haven't changed at all.)
I'm know that it's not even considered a stall yet, but it's frustrating. My house is full of non keto things because my husband and young kids are not keto. I feel like I'm doing all the right things, but nothing's changing. Normally on diets I lose the first 15lbs quickly before tapering out.
I'm also struggling because I have close to no tooth function. I'm working on having most of them extracted, but in the meantime everything is difficult to chew. Most soft foods are carb heavy.
I do a 16/8 IF daily where I drink black coffee and water.
This post is probably confusing and all over the place. Lol. Ive got two under 4 and I have to stop typing every few seconds to tend to a need so my train of thought gets jumbled. If you were able to follow this and possibly have some suggestions, I appreciate the input. Thank you. :)
ETA: I am also still nursing my youngest if that matters.
