I see it on the scale and feel it in the clothes, but I'm just not seeing it physically. I'm still wearing the same size and my pants are sagging, but I also wish I could grasp in my mind i am changing. I hit 200 6 yrs ago and my highest was 277 last year. I am now down from 265 (January 14th) to 235. Any tips on being more body positive or seeing the small differences? Any tips on taking decent progress pics? I wish now that I would have taken my measurements and I think I'll start.
