I've been on Keto three weeks, and I have seen loss, and also I think I've seen PISS. Initially, when I was worried, I got the ketostix, and then come out consistently moderate, or occasionally small (or what ever the next one down is). I usually have 8-10% carb 20-25% protein, and the rest fat. I have to workout out (running and bodyweight, but hoping to start lifting weights soon) as part of my job, so I can't just wait out the first few months, and I can't zero carb. And let me say as it is everything is harder, but sprints are THE WORST! And I'm not down as much as I'd hoped.
Got any advice? Got any reassurance?
