I have to say that I'm feeling pretty good so far. Bullet proof coffee is delicious and I don't think I can go back to drinking coffee any other way. I'm really looking forward to see how my body reacts to the transition. I can already tell that snacks like string cheese and pepperoni will be my saving grace. I'm also very lucky that I have a job where they will allow me to step away and have a quick snack if I need it. I'm lucky to have the support of my SO, family, and of course you lovely ladies.
