I just started keto today for three main reasons: 1. To help stave off my PCOS 2. To help with the remaining minor symptoms of Bipolar Disorder 3. To lose some weight
From what I've read, keto helps with all three of these problems. I'm feeling good about it, but I'm a bit scared. I really love chocolate and bread and I'm worried I'll quickly slip. I know that once you get through the initial phases those cravings lessen, but I'm still worried. Any encouraging words from you lovely ladies on how to make keto successful?
