Hi everyone!
I've been diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome, and until I can get it fixed, I've been told by my doctor to avoid exercise that uses my arms, but I'm encouraged to keep working out. I've been doing a lot of squats, lunges, step ups, things like that.
Are there any core/upper body exercises I can do that don't need my arms? My legs are getting really strong, which is great, but I can ser a big difference between my upper and lower body strength. Any ideas?
I do not need medical advice, I want to stress that. [Edit: a typo]
