I went to my friendās gym last night and used the precor open stride elliptical I normally use at my gym. It was super tough, even at 1 resistance when I usually do 15 for half an hour. I also woke up feeling a bit under the weather but, if we opt that out could it just be that my elliptical at my normal gym is too ālooseā? It feels a lot more āeffortlessā. Or could it be the hard elliptical is rusted to be stiffer? There was tiny bits of rust around the joints of all the precor ellipticals at my friendās gym. Iām hoping itās this because the calories seemed to be burning a lot slower. And while I know no elliptical provides super accurate calorie burn, I use this to track my calories. I tried looking this up but no luck! Anyone have similar experiences?
