Hi! I'm usually a lurker, but I have a quick question. Since last October I've been seeing a trainer at my local gym for $800/month. Pricey, and with work ramping up a lot, I've been looking into other options. I'm going to be working on a trial with my firm for the next few months and have wanted to keep up the same momentum with my workouts since I won't be able to commit to the same workout schedule.
I would like to know if adjustable dumbbells like these are worth it for home workouts? Since I'll be working long hours and can't really predict my schedule at this time I've considered working on programs like The Dumbbell Stopgap Program or Frankoman's Dumbbell Only Program. Please let me know if there is better equipment I could purchase instead.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
