So I've been told a few different things with respect to eating carbs in the morning.
My trainer told me not to, because after 8 hours of fasting, your metabolism has slowed down, and overloading it with carbs and sugar isn't optimal. So its better to ease into the day with a protein and fat packed breakfast like eggs and veggies.
While I've also heard that breakfast should be your biggest meal, and if you're going to eat a lot of fruit, eat it in the morning because you have all day for your body to metabolise it.
Which one of these is correct?
