Workout still as effective
Post Body

So I've been following the Kayla Itsines BBG workouts and this past week I've been splitting it out and doing some cardio in between. For example, I start off with some light cardio for 15min and then I do circuit 1 twice and circuit 2 twice. Then do some light cardio for 15min then come back and do circuit 1 twice and circuit 2 twice and then some more light cardio for 15min. So basically i get in 45min of some cardio, and do each of the circuits 4 times. Does breaking it up like that make the circuits less effective? I know the suggestion is to do a light warm up, 7min of circuit 1, 7min of circuit 2 and repeat for a 28min workout then some light cardio/stretching to cool down but I honestly get so bored I give up halfway.
