Looking to start a strength program - ICF vs Kettlebells?
Post Body

I'm still rehabbing from two bad knees (hyperflexia), so the majority of my time is spent running on the elliptical, biking, doing yoga or swimming. I'm looking to supplement that with some strength training. I keep waffling back between the two programs though. Any pros, cons, or preferences to one or the other?

edit: never thought a seemingly simple question would spur such a backlash. I should have mentioned that I did indeed read the faq, and have read the faqs of kettlebell, fitness, bodyweight, weight room and lose it. I tried to research, but found myself in a spinning circle. Thanks for everyones input.
