Touchpad stops working when go online (dell runs updates?)

Randomly my touchpad stopped working tonight (xps13). When I restarted the computer the touchpad would work for only a few seconds.

While doing my best version of troubleshooting I found disabling the HID-compliant mouse and restarting the computer solved he issue and my touchpad worked again. Until I regained an internet connection. Once that happen I think dell ran an update and then the touchpad stopped working again. If i disable the HID-compliant mouse and then restart the computer the touchpad works again.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix that it would be appreciated!
