I’ve written a second pass at my MCU X-Men pitch/script. Rewriting it completely. It covers more ground now. I’ve nicknamed it “Forrest Summers” because I’ve begun taking pages from The Batman and Joker and using old movies as a “template”.

The most intriguing aspect of this is the appearance of Chris Claremont as a main character, not simply a cameo. Preferably this role would be played by him. He does have acting experience, and I wanted to reinvent the “Stan Lee cameo” as something more meaningful. He also gets to play not just himself but a character he created.

If you want to spoil Claremont’s secret role skip to the last page. I’ll promise you’ll go “whaaaaaaaaa!”
