recently started reading comics for the first time and i jumped right into x men with giant size x men 1. im currently nearing the muir island saga and man i really miss having logan, storm, colossus, nightcrawler and kitty. i know its not technically the original team even for this era but they were the group i enjoyed the most, and while i know kitty and kurt are continuing in excalibur, i dont really have any interest to read that. colossus himself got memory wiped and is out of the team, and a lot of these characters arcs felt uncompleted to me. with kurts faith breaking encounters with the beyonder, kitty and peters relationship just sorta being shoved away with a lets be friends. they all had amazing chemistry with logan but he's also just jumping in and out all the time. is there gonna be a point in the comics where these 5 have a reunion of sorts or does the plot just move on unti climactically?
