Long time lurker…breaking the silence. So I am a lapsed Marvel comics reader. I basically jumped ship around The Heroic Age. X-Men has always been my go to comic, but I started losing faith around the time Wanda said “no more mutants” and just stuck it out till AvX out of habit.

Now obviously the Krakoa stuff is very popular. I am both dubious and intrigued. I will likely end up reading everything…if I can figure out Marvel’s trade paperbacks.

What I am curious about is what I missed leading up to Hickman. Is there any X-stuff that is worth checking out (Other than Uncanny Avengers which I have read a bit of recently)? Is there anything that leads into HOX/POX or is that a complete fresh start sort of deal?
