When ratings are released tomorrow they might be pretty good, they might be just ok. Either way there is a good chance they will dip before they begin to rise when the playoffs come around.
Many writers from competing networks will write unflattering pieces about the league. They want you to be watching their shows and to not pay attention to league or believe it can last.
Ratings are important without a doubt. But advertisers track a lot of different data points, and only espn and the league will really know if they are on track.
Letβs just enjoy the league and try not to stress about it like some did because of one tweet tonight.
