Computer context - Running Medium/low on a 2019 Macbook pro - just set to medium settings.

Context: I am trying to run a campaign inspired by the one that Christopher Odd is currently doing on his YT channel, and I have downloaded his collection (here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2570619492) and added a few of my own. I am trying to run a long campaign with a few third party factions (bandits , SCP foundation but have disabled them until i'm sure they're not game crashing).

Problem: Every game, I am able to start the gatecrasher and complete it and get to the avenger; however, when I try to launch any subsequent mission the game crashes. It doesnt matter who I've brought on the mission, or what else is happening.

Where I'm currently at a loss: I've compared my list to this community (<3) created one whereby compatible/incompatible mods (here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ci6Ea8Z-m8XrDtfjaiGmZ_2FiCPEtNA_07LawS7d2H8/edit#gid=576692933) are laid out to make sure i'm not running anything that is totally gamebreaking from the get-go - but I am still suffering a crash at the same point in the campaign.

What I'm begging for: Any advice from anyone? If someone has debugged a list similar to mine I'd be happy to swap it out, or just a more stable mod collection. I appreciate whatever help,

Additional question: How do I completely remove any and all previous mods I used? I did a star wars campaign recently. Is it possible that it is still trying to load mods i dont have active on the MCM or new launcher? I am on a mac and not sure where/how to do this.

TL;DR:

I am trying to run this mod list (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2598376605) which is essentially this one with third party factions and more cosmetics ( (here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2570619492) but its totally fucked and crashing every time i launch any kind of new mission. Can anyone point me in the right direction towards a solution, or better debugging on my part?
