“LocFriendlyName” bug

Not sure if this is the correct flair, but we’ll go with it.
I’m running with 221 mods. No massive issues, except for this. On every single class, including vanilla, at least one ability is whited out Purchasing the ability simply charges the amount of AP but changes nothing. Using “I’m the commander here”, I can swap the XCom tree abilities, but I can’t do anything about the other actual tree abilities.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have any suggestions? Thanks!
