Is it just me, or is Xcloud through the PC app so much better than the browser version?

Particularly in terms of video quality. I only use it for Sea of Thieves (I play irregularly and I have a small hard drive), and I'm super impressed with the integrated version! I'm in the UK so perhaps it's just our server is having one of its good moments? I normally get the 'poor connection' symbol on the browser but it shows up as good on the app. Very chuffed with it so far!
