What's a good router for gaming and Xcloud?

Can someone recommend a good, solid router to get the most out of Gamepass and also local streaming? I've been looking at the
- Asus RT-AC86U
- TP-Link Archer C5400X
- Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500
- Netgear Nighthawk X6S AC3600
And do you use a range extender with it? I'm trying to play all around the house, ya know.
I wish they would have stuck with the Xcloud branding. It's just better than whatever it's called now.
