Share Game Pass Ultimate with someone else for xcloud/streaming?

Me and my son use the one Xbox and have Game Pass Ultimate. He would like to use the game streaming from his Android phone. Is there any way to share the Game Pass (on my account) with him for game streaming?
I know if we were sharing with two Xboxes, I'd make his console my "home" system, and log in on the other Xbox, but this doesn't seem to apply for the game streaming. I'd rather he wasn't logged in as me on his android phone.
