Fallout 4 keeps crashing as soon as I log on (IOS, PC)

I normally play fallout 4 on my laptop and phone, and surprisingly, my phone runs EXCELLENT (Iphone ftw). When I want a bigger screen, I’ll use my computer if I want to sit with family or cast my phone to my tv. Anyways, I’m trying to sit out in the living room and play on my pc. Every time I try to logon I get to the main menu and before I press anything it crashes. I tried to use my phone which works way better and even that won’t make it passed the menu. Any developers can clear the cache for me or help?
