I have an Xbox One S that has been running Cold War perfectly with only a little lag for a little over a month, but recently when I load into multiplayer my game is stuttering/ freezing and people are appearing out of nowhere, and watching them move isn't fluid like before But, I'm not rubberbanding back and forth at all just when I move around or my teammates/ other team do they do so by teleporting.  This didn't happen to me when I played zombies or when I loaded into destiny 2 crucible.  I tried restarting my console by unplugging it and it worked for a game, but the in started glitching again.  I tested my NAT and multiplayer connection and both said they were fine.  Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
