Xbox One issues

My Xbox says I am connected to the live, all services are available, NAT type open but I am still getting "Connect to Xbox Live" on my home screen. My games are digitally purchased and I haven't set up my Xbox as a Home Console. I cannot contact Microsoft support because the website won't let me login because their login page is down. Has anyone run into this error before. I have reset my console like 10 times and am about to just factory reset it if this cannot get resolved.
