What pre-order bonuses will I lose out on if I don't pre-order RDR?

I am planning to buy the Ultimate Version of RDR which includes everything the Special Edition does etc. But I was wondering if I wil lose out on anything by not pre-ordering the game today before the Official release?
I have tried having a look through Google for the pre-order bonuses but there is a lot of misinformation out there, so I just wanted some clarification on what pre-order bonuses there are (if there is any at all).
