With the recent explosion of news in regards to Xbox game pass having the next batch of Microsoft games on release day. (Such as the next Gears, Forza and Halo) I think it bares reminding and mentioning that Xbox game pass can indeed be shared across multiple consoles with friends and family, just like all your other games and EA access.
If you're unfamiliar with Game sharing, its a system in place where multiple Xbox's can access content simulataniously. An example with 2 profiles and 2 xboxs.
(Note this only works this way with 2 xboxs, any more than that and it becomes more complex. Also the game can never be accessed on more than 2 systems at once.)
Profile A owns Xbox A
Profile B owns Xbox B:
Profile A signs in on Xbox B, goes to settings and makes Xbox B his home Xbox.
Profile A buys game pass.
The Xbox Game Pass games can now be downloaded and accessed by absolutely any profile on Xbox B.
Profile A then logs back into his own console (Xbox A) and can also simulataniously access and play any game on game pass.
(Note Profile A must be signed into Xbox live on Xbox A in order to access the content on Xbox A. Another profile can access and play the content on Xbox A, but only as long as Profile A is signed into xbox live on that system. You do not require multiple controllers to have multiple profiles signed in on Xbox one.)
The owner of Xbox B can then also do the opposite and make Xbox A their home system if they desire to have 2 way sharing. Allowing Profile A to access content that the owner of Xbox B has purchased.
Please only share with friends or family who can be trusted. You should never share any log in information with anyone whome you don't know or trust. Also you can set a password on the other system to prevent log ins.
Edit: A user has also just informed me below that once you have set the other owners Xbox as your home, you can even go and delete your profile off their Xbox for total safety. This will not change the home Xbox status of that system.
Thanks @RazarusMaximus for the info.
Edit 2: I must stress that I am not encouraging people to share account info with anyone they do not know and trust. (Like a parent or sibling)
The safest way to go about it if you are going to game share is to physically go to the secondary Xbox yourself. Sign in privately, set the home system and then delete your profile off that system. Please be vigelant and cauciois with your profile and personal details. If you cannot gurantee your accounts safety, DO NOT GAME SHARE.
