When I originally heard that there was going to be a release of the Duke controller for Xbox One about six months ago I asked my girlfriend for it for Christmas as it was supposed to be out for the holidays. Last night she told me that she had tried and tried to find it but was unable to and that she would be getting me something else, and she wanted to let me know so my hopes weren’t up for it. She seemed really confused by it and let down that she couldn’t get me what I wanted for the holidays.

I honestly had half forgotten that I had asked for it and now feel super guilty about something that may have just been vaporware. I can’t find any recent news searching for it and there doesn’t seem to be any official word from Microsoft. Does anyone know what the status of it is? I would like to be able to tell my girlfriend what happened.
