I just want to stream music to my One from my PC, in the background, can any app do that?

I just went through all of the search results on my XBOX One in apps for the keyword music. I did not click through all of them, but I looked through many. Is there any app that can do this one simple thing that my XBOX 360 did flawlessly for years? My music is on my PC, I want to play it from my PC, via my network, in an app that can be backgrounded. It sounds simple. It should exist in media player. I do not want to deal with a USB drive. Are there any apps that can do this? Preferably free, but one time purchase is fine if it works well.
