So I am hoping someone here can shed a light on this situation for me. I have had an issue with my Xbox One S cutting out to a black screen for several seconds then coming back, it happens intermittently and with apps, games, tv, movies, just sitting on the home screen even. I have exchanged Xbox Ones twice, I had a vizio M50 and just exchanged it for the P50-C1 and it is still happening. I have had my xbox connected directly to the tv and also with my standard cable box hooked up, I even purchased new high speed HDMI cables and have tried 4 different kinds. I have switched HDMI ports and am currently in HDMI-1. I have all boxes checked except for 50 hz, I have 4k on, I have had HDR on and off with no change, I have color subsampling turned on and I have judder control turned all the way up to 10 along with game low latency turned on. It seems to possibly be an issue with 60hz and 4k but I am just not sure. The only time I have ever got it to stop is turning off 4k, which defeats the purpose of a tv upgrade and getting an One S. Ive been on Vizio support and Microsoft for a dozen hours in the last week and I can't think of anything else to try....what am I doing wrong?
