Trying to buy game results in error

So I've been trying to buy GTA V, but both times have received an error saying "Use a different way to Pay... Can't be completed with payment method try another way..." I tried within the Xbox app on my phone (iOS) and through the web browser. I checked my Microsoft account, everything is okay, matches up properly, and I've got money in my bank account... I just bought Titanfall last week, successfully. Any suggestions?
