Hi all hopefully someone can help me out. I was playing with some friends about an hour ago, they decided to go home so I turned it off removed the disc and did some other things. About and hour later I feel like playing it again so I turn it on and no display shows up on my screen. The light on the front of the console it on, the mechanics inside sound normal and running, but 'no hdmi connected' shows up. So at first I thought it was my HDMI cable playing up or the port. After playing around and trying out other devices, it isn't the HDMI. Next I go to contact customer support on the Xbox website, whilst chatting to someone the green xbox one loading screen appears with the loading circles but it stays on that for ages. I do a hard reset as the guy advises. When I turn it back on I have exactly the same issue, no image appearing. About 15 minutes of the console being on the screen appears again but its stuck on it. I cannot connect any controllers and don't know what else to do...
