Since X1 has come out, every movie and television show I've bought has been through the X1. While i'd love to see a cleaner way to look at my library (including expired items out of my collection) what i'd like more is for microsoft to send us a download code for the item so that we can have it on any of our devices. I often watch tv shows and movies on my laptop and phone when i'm not connected to the internet and I think we're entitled to a copy. I do believe a judge ruled a while back that if you own a hardcopy of something you're entitled to a digital transfer, I don't really see anything different here except that i don't even have the ability to take a phyisical copy with me.

What are your thoughts on this?
