Open world adventure game recommemdations?

I just got a secondhand xbox one and this is my first console. I grew up watching my cousins play games like the tomb raider and assassin's creed and always wanted to play games like those.So far I have been playing Immortals fenyx rising and I am really enjoying it. Red dead redemption is also on my wishlist. What other beginner-friendly games have an open world concept with a story line and side quests? (Hopefully budget-friendly and no horror genres please)
