Took my 360 out of the box I was storing it in to use it and when I tried to turn it on it had the rrod. What are my options?

Never had any trouble with the console while I was still regularly using it, and I stored it in a box when I got a xbox one. I would understand the rrod if I were still using it and it was due to heat or wear and tear, but it was just being stored in the box on a shelf. The console also ran pretty quietly during the time I was regularly using it.
