Does USB 3.0 work with the 360?

Hi, I am considering getting a 32GB 3.0 Lexar USB and I want to know if it will work with the 360. Specifically this USB: http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/lexar-media-lexar-jumpdrive-32gb-usb-3-0-flash-drive-s23-ljds23-32gasbna/10243189.aspx#
I just want to know if the 360 will recognize that USB correctly and will be able to flawlessly play the movies I save to it.
