Audio/Lip sync lag when using anything but Stereo Uncompressed

For the past couple of weeks, every time we turn on our Xbox Series X no sound is coming out of the sound bar and I need to go into settings and Audio Setup to get sound coming out of the soundbar, and I make sure it's set to Stereo Uncompressed. If it is set to any other audio type the lip sync is horrible.

We have not changed any of the hardware, or touched the cables. This just started happening out of the blue.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any help would be appreciated.

TV: Sony KD-65X750H

Soundbar: Samsung HW-=T450/zc

Cable path: Xbox > TV (HDMI), TV > Soundbar (Fiber optic cable)
