XBOX 360 Digital Game Backwards Compatibility? [Max Payne 3]

Just found out that Max Payne 3 is available for backwards compatibility [apparently it’s been available since 2021?].
I own the digital copy on my 360 which I purchased back in 2013, but i can’t seem to access it; I now have to purchase it again.
Is there a way to transfer digital 360 purchases to the Series X? The digital add-ons/dlcs I purchased for RDR1 (disc) on my 360 transferred to my series x, but my Max Payne 3 isn’t.
Any help or clarification would be appreciated.
