Hello r/Xbox! I need some help I have a Xbox series x|s controller that I bought for my windows pc for about a year now and recently I got a Xbox one. I connected them and used them for a bit when suddenly my controller stopped working! It connects but none of the controls work including the guide button (the button with the Xbox logo) but it isn't a battery issue because the logo lights up and I tried new batteries.
