Old game saves not found

So i recently pulled out my old xbox360 and decided to play a bit of old school forza motorsport. The xbox didn't have anything saved.... now i remember having about $80mil etc etc
Is this because it was a cloud save? No more cloud for 360? Kind of sucks if i have to do it all over from scratch again.
