Looking for a monitor for Xbox One X. Vs One S

This is my first gaming device and all I have is 720p large screen tv at home along with a 24 inch 72Op roku smart tv , my question is
- should I buy a budget monitor now like the benq 277hdr monitor or others that’s below 350 Canadian. Would it be best off saving for a monitor like the lg27uk650 in the next month. I would have to be using the 720p TVs for 1 month , how bad would the performance
2.buy the xbox one s and get the 4k monitor i like now. I wanna know if the one s when projected on a 4k monitor look like true 4K? Or is there no comparison if they were side by side
