I'm going through and buying stuff on the 360 store that'll go away permanently on monday and I can't help noticing when I was viewing some dlc for kinect games (specifically Fable: Journey and Kinect Sports 1 and 2) I'm planning on getting that neither the DLC nor the base games are on sale. This surprises me as all of them are first party and will be unpurchasable once the store closes. How come these aren't on sale at all?

Also side question - after the shutdown day could I buy an xbox 360 game or DLC for a game that happens to be backwards compatible for Xbox One via the xbox website and then download it on my Xbox 360 via purchase history? The FAQ seems to imply you can but I want to know for certain
