How do I manually edit my libraries?

I have TV series that is being extremely difficult with the 5 different scrapers I've tried, I've tried both english and Japanese title, it's on all the websites for the scrapers, I've formatted the file names and directory properly. For some reason I just can't make it work.
How can I just do it by myself?
