Triggering Cam v3 siren

I need to find a way to make the siren go off without manually doing it inside the app or needing to have motion detected somewhere. I was hoping to see it implemented on IFTTT, but alas it isn't there. Is there a way to create it myself on there, or use Tasker or some other 3rd party service to accomplish this?
My end goal is to be able to issue a command with Alexa or Google Assistant to get someone's attention outside when needed.
