Hey everyone, long time lurker to this sub Reddit. I’ve been a big fan of this genre since I was kid watching kung fu and other action flicks from China in the 90’s. In the past 10 years I’ve been obsessed with Jin Yong novels. What leads me here today is wondering if anyone has any great explanations about the internal Qi and how they work and maybe if they can explain how they different from major characters from different novels but maybe same universe? Like Guo Jing and Yang Guo from the condor series.

I’m curious about this stuff as a fan but also been thinking lately about making my own wuxia story based in some of these rules
